Cathy Prenner
Cathy was born in Worcester, MA, and has lived in South Florida since 1967, much of that time as a Lighthouse Point resident. Cathy married her real estate partner, Jack, and has three children and four grandchildren.
Cathy has a passion for real estate that few others have which makes her one of the best Realtors in South Florida and why she has been a #1 producing sales person since the very start of her career! Helping people personally and professionally is what Cathy really enjoys - along with gardening, exercising, snow skiing, traveling and reading.
Jack Prenner
A native South Floridian, Jack is an avid boater and loves to give back to the community. Jack has been in real estate for over 28 years and holds the designations of Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
Jack's attention to detail has helped countless people realize there real estate goals. Doing what is right and helping others are priorities in Jack's daily activities. In his spare time, Jack loves relaxing and spending time with Cathy, Lou, the labrador, and his three step children and four grandchildren.
Nancy Gavinski
Nancy was born and raised in Wisconsin then moved to South Florida in 1995. She has been a Realtor since 1996 and part of the Prenner Team since 1998. Nancy's marketing degree and real estate experience are integral in bringing together many happy buyers and sellers.
Julie Finnis
Julie has been an active real estate professional in South Florida since 1995. She loves selling real estate and working with people. In her spare time Julie loves spending time with her two daughters and enjoys all the activities which make South Florida such a wonderful place to live.
Stephanie Heyman
Stephanie is originally from upstate New York then moved to South Florida early on and obtained a Bachelors degree in Education from Florida Atlantic University. She has been a flight attendant with Delta for 23 years. Stephanie joined the real estate profession and the Prenner Team in 2003. Her knowledge of property and love of people shows on an every day basis.
